Phillip Eugene Cannatti
Phillip Cannatti concentrates his practice on commercial litigation, professional liability, medical malpractice, and third-party insurance disputes.
Phillip's extensive background in health care law and his familiarity with his clients' industries, customs and practices enables him to quickly identify the range of probable outcomes and resolve matters efficiently. The engineer in him focuses on the technical details and ensures that he thoroughly understands the complex issues presented by each case.
Phillip graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1991 with a degree in Aerospace Engineering and later obtained his law degree from the Texas Tech University School of Law in 1995. Licensed to practice both in Texas and New Mexico, he is a member of the Dallas Bar Association, the State Bar of New Mexico, and the State Bar of Texas, Health Law Section.
Phillip has also served as an adjunct assistant professor with the Department of Restorative Sciences at Texas A&M Health Science Center, Baylor College of Dentistry, where he instructs fourth-year graduate dental students.
